The Summer Window Is Sacred
We commit crews and completion dates in writing, planned backward from your first day of class. A school that opens with unfinished floors is not a story anyone tells about us.
Schools & Education
Education facilities get one real renovation window a year. We plan school flooring projects backward from the first day of class, and we have hit institutional deadlines like that since 1949.
Nothing tests a floor like a school. Hundreds of students, rolling carts, cafeteria spills, gym traffic, and cleaning crews working every single night. Materials that survive it need commercial ratings and honest installation: properly prepared subfloors, correct adhesives, and transitions that stay flush through years of abuse.
We install the full range for education spaces: VCT and sheet vinyl for corridors and cafeterias, carpet tile for classrooms, libraries, and offices, LVT for common areas that need warmth, and rubber where impact and slip resistance rule.
Mid-year emergency? Our floor renewal service restores worn resilient floors in 1 to 2 days per area, which fits inside a winter or spring break instead of waiting for June.
Why Schools Choose Us
We commit crews and completion dates in writing, planned backward from your first day of class. A school that opens with unfinished floors is not a story anyone tells about us.
WOSB certified with an active SAM.gov registration (UEI NU6NBL166W19, CAGE 888B4), a structural advantage for public school districts and institutions with set-aside goals.
Our public-sector and institutional work includes U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard facilities. Documentation, background checks, and site rules are business as usual.
The best summer projects are scoped in winter and awarded in spring. Walk-throughs, measurements, and material selection can all happen while school is in session, so the only thing left for summer is the work itself.
